Kaleidoscope  is one of the ways that 5mbs links our station to the wider music and arts community.

 It is an important link to our audience as we talk with people about what interests them most.

ALICE ORCHARD is a Registered Music Therapist who talks about the role that music therapy can play in assisting particular problems. In her practice she treats both young children and elderly people. You can learn more about her work at musicthearpy@aliceorchard.com.au

JONATHAN BLIGH is a vocal coach, ensemble singer,artistic director and founder of Festival Statesmen. He talks about some of their triumphs in 2024 and looks forward to 20 February 2025 when they will combine with the Schola Cantorum in a concert in St Peter’s Cathedral 7.00pm. ANTHONY HUNT is the Director of Music at St. Peter’s Cathedral and he came in with one of the young choristers, Clara Cutri to talk about  their Christmas concert on 20 and 21 December 2024 7.00pm. The St Peter’s Cathedral Consort and Adelaide baroque Orchestra present Handel’s Dixit Dominus and Charpentier’s Midnight Mass. Guest soprano Jessica Dean will sing Handel’s Salve Regina.
