This week the program includes  Suchismata and Debopriya, the Flute Sisters from India, Lucy Mellors and Hannah Maxwell, both comedians from the UK, with Dr Jo Prendergast from New Zealand, another comedian.

Suchismata and Debopriya are internationally acknowledged and award winning musicians. Their instrument is a bamboo flute, and they play as a duo. Something very special and unusual.

Lucy Mellors was a successful opera singer who found the music wonderful but the politics within the music industry difficult. Somehow, in her show, she finds a parallel with the fate of women astronauts in Russia. There is lots of comedy and music in her show It is I, Seagull, which  is at the Holden Street Theatres from11-23 March, 7.30pm except for 23 at 2.00pm.

Being able to do cartwheels again, after recovering from cancer, was the test for psychiatrist Dr.Jo. Prendergast. What she learned along the way has given her material for a comedy show.

Hannah Maxwell, has two shows in the Fringe, !,AmDram  8-15 March  and  Nan, Me & Barbara Pravi until 19 March. Both are at Level 3 Adelaide College of the Arts (The Stables). Hannah finds humour in her own family and her life. experiences.
