Kaleidoscope Arts Magazine

Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine program designed to bring the music, drama and literature  in the Adelaide community, and wider afield, to 5mbs listeners.  It is presented by Emily Sutherland. and can be heard each Wednesday at 6.00pm with a repeat on Saturday 11.00am.or listen to the podcast.

This week we travel, sailing the ocean, riding a stage coach, and alighting at the Wheatsheaf Hotel.

Coming to the Guitar Festival to play Spectrums in Sound, Cameron Deyell gives a fascinating insight into his life as a musician, and his approach to composition, taking his listeners on a journey.

He’ll be playing at the Adelaide Guitar Festival,music from his album Isola, in which he collaborated with percussionist Laurence Pike, on the 23 July, Dunstan Playhouse 4.00pm.

Norwood Town Hall Sunday17 July 3.00pm

Gil Sullivan plays Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Debussy in his next concert at the Norwood Town Hall 17 July. With those composers you can’t go wrong. Gil talks about some of the history behind the music as well as comments on the music he has chosen.
