Kaleidoscope Arts Magazine

Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine program designed to bring the music, drama and literature  in the Adelaide community, and wider afield, to 5mbs listeners.  It is presented by Emily Sutherland. and can be heard each Wednesday at 6.00pm with a repeat on Saturday 11.00am, or listen to the podcast.

This week we go from the lighthearted to the sublime with an insight into forthcoming production of Hello Dolly, to description of some of h music to be be played by Gil Sullivan, pianist, with a group of top class musicians in a concert at Norwood Town Hall.

Two young thespians in the cast of Hello Dolly, produced by Metropolitan Musical Theatre opening on 5 May until 14 May. Their enthusiasm for the show is obvious – they say it will put a smile on your face!

Gil Sullivan

An internationally acclaim pianist, Gil Sullivan is curating a series of concerts at Norwood Town Hall, the first being on May 6 at 7.30pm. He’ll be joined by a group of top musicians, including oboist Celia Craig, and violist Stephen King, to present music by Mozart and Stravinsky and more.
