Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine.  This program is one of the ways that 5mbs links our station to the wider music  community as well as looking further afield, from time to time, at local drama, art and literature. It is an important link to the wider listening audience as we talk with some very interesting people about what interests them most. You can hear it on Wednesday 6.pm or Saturday 11am. In your own time you can access it through Listen on Demand via 5mbs.com.

18 and 21 September.

The program this weeks includes musicians who reflect different faces of the musical world.

CHRIS HOWLETT is a professional cellist, who also provides opportunities for other musicians, through festivals and recital tours to perform.

He speaks of his work in general and in particular about Angela Hewitt who is giving a recital in Elder Hall on 9 October 7.pm

Her program includes Mozart, Bach Handel and Brahms.
