Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine program designed to bring the music, drama and literature  in the Adelaide community, and from wider afield, to 5mbs listeners.  It is presented by Emily Sutherland. and can be heard each Wednesday at 6.00pm with a repeat on Saturday 11.00am.or listen to the program again by accessing 5mbs.com.

Kim Worley conducts the Kapelle Singers in Lux Aeterna Mozart’s Requiem 

Did you know that Henry Lawson died 100 years ago, on the 2 September? Maybe not, but John Schumann does, and with the Vagabond Crew he is celebrating this event in Henry Lawson: A Life in Words and Music He’s joined by Richard Roxburgh, who once played Rake, the ASO conducted by Luke Dollman, playing the arrangements composed by Julian Ferraretto. At Festival Theatre 2 September 7.30pm

Kim Worley is not only a singer, and a cellist but  also a conductor and music teacher,  so he is the ideal person to conduct the Kapelle Singers. Lux Aeterna Mozart’s Requiem will be presented by the Kapelle Singers and Orchestra, conducted byKim Worley. Andrew Georg is the organist and soloists Lucy Stodardt, Catriona Barr, Callum McGing and James Scott. The performance will be at the Wesley Uniting Church, Kent Town on Sunday 18 September at 2.30pm
