Kaleidoscope Arts Magazine

Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine program designed to bring the music, drama and literature  in the Adelaide community, and from wider afield, to our listeners.  It is presented by Emily Sutherland, with technical assistance by Mary Peterson and Post Production by John Ingham. 5mbs Young Virtuosi Awards 2022

Mary Peterson gives details the YVA this year. This Award gives young musicians the chance to win a very attractive monetary prize and the chance to go on to the National Finals in Melbourne. Mary invites you to donate towards the expenses and prizes, which you can do through the 5mbs.com website. All donations over $2.00 tax deductible and this gives you a chance to help a young virtuoso advance to further triumphs.

Guys and Dolls

The Metropolitan Musical Theatre of S.A. is bringing Guys and Dolls to Adelaide opening at the Arts Theatre on October 20. Producer Bec Kemp speaks highly about her cast, and one of the cast Barry Hill confirms that rehearsals are going well. Find all details and book at www.metmusicals.com.au 

A concert designed for special people

Sensory Concerts, as part of Mental Health  Awareness Month will be presented by Recitals Australia. These concerts are designed for people with sensory and special needs, and Mark de Raad Director of Recitals Australia gives an excellent account of the concept and presentation style of these concerts. They will be at Salisbury Community House 6 October 10.00am and 11.45am, then on 7 October Flinders University Oasis Centre 10.00am
