Kaleidoscope Arts Magazine

Kaleidoscope is an Arts Magazine program designed to bring the music, drama and literature in the Adelaide community, and from wider afield, to listeners.  It is produced and presented by Emily Sutherland and can be heard each Wednesday at 6.00pm with a repeat on Saturday 11.00am. or Listen on Demand to Kaleidoscope by accessing 5mbs.com  then click Listen on Demand then Kaleidoscope.

Two very different groups are featured in this week’s Kaleidoscope.

Stephen Taberner speaks about the Spooky Men’s Chorale and their concert which is coming to Adelaide the end of July.

Kathy Selby speaks about Iconic ‘Fathers’, the title of the next concert to be performed by Selby and Friends in Adelaide, also in July.

Stephen Taberner founded the Spooky Men’s Chorale, or Spookies as they are sometimes called, in 2001. They are a group of men who love to sing, and Stephen provides them with some very funny material, sung to the highest possible musical standard.

See them in Adelaide on 30 July at the Adelaide Town Hall, 7.30pm.
