I didn’t consciously decide to get into community radio, it just sort of happened, yet here I am 36 years later, still doing it, still loving it.

Having pretty broad musical tastes, I  presented a variety of genres on several stations before 5MBS was created. On this station, I present both classical and jazz programs in about equal numbers, and will keep on doing so as long as they can prop me up in front of a microphone.

The research necessary to prepare programs has greatly broadened my knowledge of music, I really enjoy the process of broadcasting, and I love the feedback that tells me listeners enjoy what I present. And very importantly, 5MBS is a great place to be – so many wonderful people!
