Jonathan Bligh Festival Statesmen Chorus

Celia Craig Trio Henri

Jonathan Bligh is the  Founder and Artistic Director of the award-winning Festival Statesmen Chorus and also President of the Australian National Choral Association SA.  He  talks about  a series of concerts at Elder Hall as part of Voices of Adelaide. The Honour Choir performs on 25th September 7PM. On 26 September 7PM The Idea of North  together with Festival Statesmen will be performing. Both of these concerts are in Elder Hall. 

On 27th September 10AM-4PM  there is an A Cappella Workshop with the Idea of North as special guests. This is in Madley Studio, Adelaide University.

 

Then as part of their concert series the Festival Statesmen will present Across the Centuries, at Elder Hall on Friday 3 October at 730.

Celia Craig is a musician. In addition she is involved in a number of projects pertaining to music, synesthesia. and the career and music of Miriam Hyde.

Celia, together with Mark Gaydon, bassoon and Michael Ierace, piano, have formed Trio Henri. On 2 October in the Elder Hall Lunchtime Concert Series, the Trio will be playing music by Anne Cawrse, André Previn and Joe Chindamo.

This will be a world premiere performance of the trio by Anne Cawrse.
